How to use your coverage
- Take a photo or a short video of the item.
- Submit a request through our Contact Form page and select Lifetime Warranty as the category.
- Attach the photo or video to your request.
What the coverage means
- If the product doesn’t perform as expected during its lifetime and you purchased our Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance, a replacement may be issued that covers the item cost only (shipping is excluded).
Important notes
- Misuse, normal wear and tear, or discontinuation of the product voids the warranty.
- “Lifetime” refers to the period the product remains in production.
- This program may be canceled at any time without prior notice to customers.
After approval
- If your replacement is approved, you’ll receive an update within 48 hours.
